“Amino Acids Therapy”

“Amino Acids Therapy”: Proper levels of neurotransmitters (amino acids) are essential for stable moods, normal appetite, adequate sleep cycles, optimal energy, concentration, and the ability to be productive and to learn.

Neurotransmitters are the brain chemicals that pass information throughout your brain and body. They deliver message to your heart to beat, your lungs to breathe, and your stomach to digest. When they are depleted and out of balance neurotransmitters can cause adverse symptoms that will make you sick and miserable. Stress, poor diet, neurotoxins, genetic predisposition, drug (prescription and recreational), alcohol and caffeine can deplete and dysregulate neurotransmitters levels.

Neurotransmitters are directly dependent upon the nutrition, digestion and absorption of the nutrients, liver function and toxicity (physical, mental and emotional). Even though we call them brain chemicals, as much as 90% of the serotonin, one of the primary neurotransmitters, is produced in your gut which communicate with your brain, give you a “gut filings”, and

Nutrition and Brain Chemistry:Your Food Choices Are Destroying Your Brain

Food used to be fresh, brilliantly-colored vegetables and fruits, rich brown grains, non-pasteurized milk, butter and yogurts rich with enzymes and active proteins, meats from free-range grass-fed stock, fish from living rivers and oceans. Food used to be something we ate to give strength to our bodies, to heal us when we were sick and to satisfy our appetite after a day filled with purpose and work.

Food is different now, and we are different too. It is artificially produced at “food manufacturing companies.” Does it look, taste or smell like the real thing? No. Our “food” now comes in boxes, packages, and cans; and is packed with artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, pesticides and toxic chemicals that starve

Depression is caused by an imbalance of neurotransmitters in your brain, and only recently could they be accurately measured. Symptoms of depression can cause physical pain but also mental and emotional pain that can easily be missed by

Amino Acids-Neurotransmitters Conection

Amino Acids are the building blocks of neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters affect all organs and all major metabolic processes. You can experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, migraine headaches, obesity, digestive disorders, cardiovascular disorders or carbohydrate cravings all due to neurotransmitter imbalance. By regulating neurotransmitter levels you may see positive effects all over your body, including: mood, emotions, thinking, digestion, sleep, addiction, eating and all around feeling of well being. Neurotransmitters require specific amino acids, enzymes and cofactors. If these are not present in sufficient quantity, the nerve cells cannot manufacture enough neurotransmitters and the supply in your body will be depleted. Eventually symptoms of mental and/or physical ill health will catch up with you.

What Do Neurotransmitters Do In The Brain?
Brain cells (neurons) require specific amino acids, (proteins) in combination with certain vitamin and mineral cofactors, in order to produce neurotransmitters. Brain cells (neurons) communicate with each other by releasing these neurotransmitters from their branch like endings.
